Shane’s Handyman Services is Shane Simmons and his crew, working out of Simpsonville. The name says handyman, and we still take the small jobs. Most days now it’s tile showers, new floors, metallic epoxy, bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks and screened porches.

Shane prices every job himself, in writing, before anything is torn out. He brings in subcontractors he trusts when a job needs them and stays the one person you call. Reviewers say the same few things: he shows up when he says he will, the price doesn’t move, and the crew cleans up.
