Shane did our new deck. 12 x 24 with Trex railings... it's gorgeous and was very well built. The best part of my experience was when we found unexpected repairs that needed to be done after they took our old one off. Alot of companies would take advantage of you in a situation like this but the price was right on . They knocked out the needed repairs and the deck was completed. They did all this in 3 days which to me was super impressive. I'm not an easy guy to impress either I also run a small business that has over 200 5 star reviews. With all that being said Shane will be returning this year to install new flooring and a sliding glass door that will go out to our new Deck. We had a leak under our dining room floor. Once we got that fixed, we were left with a slab of concrete right in the middle of our dining room. Luckily, we were able to find out what flooring matched our existing downstairs flooring so we bought that. Then Shane and his crew came over and got it all fixed up! Very strange experience. The tradesman visited my home, agreed to carry out the job, and everything seemed fine. When I later messaged politely to ask if he could remove his shoes or wear shoe covers next time, he told me not to contact him again and immediately blocked me on WhatsApp and social media. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, especially over such a simple and reasonable request. I would not recommend based on this experience.
