out of 5 starsShane did our new deck. 12 x 24 with Trex railings... it's gorgeous and was very well built. The best part of my experience was when we found unexpected repairs that needed to be done after they took our old one off. Alot of companies would take advantage of you in a situation like this but the price was right on . They knocked out the needed repairs and the deck was completed. They did all this in 3 days which to me was super impressive. I'm not an easy guy to impress either I also run a small business that has over 200 5 star reviews. With all that being said Shane will be returning this year to install new flooring and a sliding glass door that will go out to our new Deck. He installed a new wall and a couple of doors and was completely transparent throughout the process, providing clear pricing and upfront costs that were spot-on. Shane is incredibly proud of the work he does and stands by it with a guarantee. He was happy to show me pictures of his past projects, demonstrating his expertise and dedication to quality. Throughout the project, I took pictures and closely observed the progress out of pure interest. Shane and his team were meticulous with their work, carefully selecting materials to ensure everything was perfect. He took care to hunt for good materials the wood was straight and great cuts, the crew was always punctual, and they worked entirely on my schedule. He went under our deck to add proper structural supports and securely bolted the gazebo to them - far beyond what most would consider "good enough". Every single screw was carefully sealed to prevent leaks, and the very next day we had heavy rain with zero leaks. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of his workmanship. Luckily, we were able to find out what flooring matched our existing downstairs flooring so we bought that. Then Shane and his crew came over and got it all fixed up!
